Tennis Courts
There are currently three tennis courts for use by residents in the Village of Cross Keys. Two of these will be relocated during the renovations to the Village. The one that will remain in its current place is located next to the Clubhouse and has been augmented by an inlay of a Pickle Ball Court.

Walking Trails
There are walking trails throughout the Village. Every so often there will be a bench for relaxing during your walk.
Swimming Pools
There are three swimming pools for the use of residents of the Village of Cross Keys:
- Pool #1 is at the Clubhouse. Open 11 am to 7 pm (closed on Tuesdays).
- Pool #2 is in the south end next to Hamill Court. Open 11 am to 7 pm (closed on Mondays).
- Pool #3 is in the north end across from the Goodlow House. Open 11 am to 7 pm (closed on Wednesdays).
Each homeowner is limited to two (2) passes each year that can be used at any of these pools. If an owner is leasing their unit, the tenants are entitled to the passes. Pool applications and the rules are sent to each homeowner prior to the opening of the pools. They are also available at the Clubhouse and Gatehouse. Renters and leaseholders are required to submit a copy of the lease agreement along with the application. Once the information is verified the passes are issued.
Residents are required to sign in with the lifeguard and present the current year pool passes. No one will be permitted in the pool area without a current pool pass.
On weekdays, a resident can bring two guests at no charge. After two guests there is a $1.00 charge per guest. On weekends and holidays, there is a $3.00 charge per adult guest and children 10 years and older. Children under the age of 10 who are guests of a resident will be charged $2.00 per child on weekends and holidays. Guest passes will be handed in when registering with the lifeguard. That pass is a one-day pass. If you should leave the pool and go to another pool, it is important to take the temporary guest pass(es) with you to avoid another charge. Residents must accompany their guests to the pool and sign them in.
The Pool rules require that any food or drinks brought to the pool must be in a paper or plastic container and consumed in designated areas. All trash must be disposed of in a trash container. Glass containers (i.e., baby food jars, any type of glass bottles, etc.) are not permitted in the pool area. To discourage bees, wasps, and other nuisance insects and animals. Intoxicants are prohibited from being brought into the pool areas.
The pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is available for condominium business meetings at no charge. Personal use of the Clubhouse for parties and other occasions is welcomed and a fee is charged for its use (the amount depending upon the number of people attending).
Additional costs may apply for valet parking due to limited spaces at the Clubhouse. There are basic kitchen facilities available, and the renter is responsible for cleaning up the area prior to leaving the building. There are no private functions booked during the summer season when the pool is open.

Within the Clubhouse, there is a book lending library that works on the honor system. Books should be returned in the same condition as taken. New additions to the library are always welcome and much appreciated.
The facility is open Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm. Fridays are open from 10 am to 3 pm. The facility is open for residents who would like to read books or gather with friends.
Village Shops and Offices
The Village of Cross Keys is undergoing a complete renovation, so the Shops and Offices are in the process of being reorganized. The Shops are located within the Town Center. A complete list of shops will be published upon completion of the renovation. There will also be several restaurants and a deli within the Town Center. Offices are located both attached to the Town Center and also at the Quadrangle located at the South end of the Village. The Marriott Delta Hotel is located in the Town Center.
